The Ohio Kidney + Hypertension Center (OKHC)  is a nephrology group practice with 11 practitioners to serve nine locations throughout Northeast Ohio.   OKHC's board certified physicians offer compassion and distinguished care to patients living with the effects of kidney disease and hypertension. Established in 2014, OKHC is dedicated to providing the best treatment possible for each individual patient.

Our Mission

Through our team of talented and dedicated physicians, the Ohio Kidney and Hypertension Center provides compassionate and distinguished care to kidney disease and hypertension patients in Northeast Ohio. We deliver care that is evidence-based to determine the best treatment to protect our patients’ kidneys for the short and long-term. We prepare our patients for their treatment plans and to live as normal a life as possible.

Our Philosophy of Care

We seek the root cause of issues causing kidney disease or hypertension in each patient we treat. This information helps us determine the most effective treatment plan for each individual patient. To do so, our physicians carefully review a detailed medical history. We lend an attentive ear to our patients’ symptoms and provide excellent follow-up care. We believe that listening to the patient is the first step to excellent care.
